Agrion has launched a campaign to lease and rent agricultural properties through secret auctions. The company is developing a digital bidding model, in which each candidate submits an individual offer based on the economics of their farm.
The properties are offered in packages that allow for consolidation of land areas and more efficient organization of cultivation. This creates conditions for better profitability and sustainable development of farms.
Secret auctions with clear rules
Secret auctions are the main mechanism for determining rent levels. Each participant submits their own bid without public bidding. This ensures a level playing field for everyone – from large tenants to small and medium-sized producers.
The format allows for a realistic price to be offered according to the capabilities of the specific farm and eliminates the practice of informal agreements.
