Nikolay Minev: Agriculture needs predictability and stable partnerships

In the face of market uncertainty, farmers are looking for predictability, speed, and clear terms. That is why this spring, Agrion is focusing on direct negotiations and long-term partnerships with farmers.

“From the end of April through the end of June, we are giving farmers the opportunity to negotiate directly with us for the land they need under transparent terms,” commented Agrion CEO Nikolay Minev in an interview with Ikonomika magazine.

The company offers uniform lease and rental terms for both small and large farms. The goal is to make it easier for farmers to plan their operations and reduce administrative costs.

Agrion is also continuing the active digitization of its services. All offers for agricultural land are available online, applications are submitted electronically, and contracts can be signed with an electronic signature.

According to Nikolay Minev, decisions in the sector must be based on real data and a reasonable assessment of risk.

“Agricultural land is a long-term asset. The market requires sober judgment, not overly optimistic expectations,” he notes.

In his words, farmers today need predictable policies and real support to cope with rising production costs.

All current Agrion offers are published by region, town, and land area at https://www.agrion.bg/bg/campaign/rent.

Farmers can also obtain information by calling the toll-free number 080011166.

The promotion runs through June 30!
