Agrion thanks its employees and all active citizens who regularly visit Agrion's branches and hand over plastic caps for the cause. The proceeds from the recycled caps are used to replace and purchase new incubators at municipal hospitals. These facilities are vital to the survival of premature infants, many of whom suffer from various injuries due to damaged and depreciated appliances. Since the campaign began 2 years ago, Caps for the Future has motivated the collection of over 140,000 caps. Plastic recycling is not only a great way to change the culture of environmental protection, Agrion believes, but so far it has secured funds for the purchase of 17 incubators donated to small community hospitals across the country, which is a step towards more the big change. Since the beginning of the year, they have helped 60 premature babies, for whom this is the only chance of survival.
