Despite the challenges facing the sector, Agrion will continue to be a leading force in innovation and a reliable partner for landowners and farmers, says CEO Nikolay Minev in an interview with Capital.

He pointed to technology transformation and the deployment of artificial intelligence as key priorities for the company that will improve agricultural property valuation, asset management and customer service.

"Artificial intelligence is already changing the business environment. Agriculture must not be left behind. We are introducing new digital solutions that will make access to our services easier and more accurate," he says.

Minev also notes a decline in the number of transactions and prices of agricultural land - in some regions by up to 20%. Farmers remain active, but approach selectively, looking for properties with potential for consolidation and high profitability.

The company's top priority is to build long-term partnerships between owners and farmers. "Agrion will continue to invest in digitalisation, sustainable solutions and new technologies to meet the needs of a dynamic market.
