We are currently seeking an experienced #HR Manager to assume a leadership role within our Human Resources team.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions throughout the organization, encompassing activities ranging from recruitment and performance reviews to pay reviews, disciplinary actions, and learning and development initiatives. Successful candidates for this role should possess a proven track record as an HR manager or have held a mid-level position within an HR team.
Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of the legal requirements associated with this role is imperative to excel in this position
Duties and responsibilities:
✔Organize and update organization charts, employee files, employee information and locate/distribute any documents as needed;
✔Review, change and implement as required administrative HR policies, procedures and programs to support and strengthen HR activities, including: hire, rehire, on-boarding, transfer, promotion, demotion, training and development, performance management, talent management, leave of absence and separation;
✔Experience working with commercial structure
✔Knowledge of commercial processes
✔Managing the entire recruitment process
✔Training new employees and working with department heads to create training programs
✔Helping Managers decide on salaries to offer to new hires
✔Using surveys and other methods to keep track of employee morale
✔Written and verbal communication skills
✔Knowledge of human resource information software
✔Knowledge of general human resources strategies
✔Data analysis skills
✔Presentation and stakeholder communication skills
✔Ability to improve the company’s culture based on competency
✔Active listening and problem-solving skills for employee relations
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
✔Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required
✔Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
✔Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
✔Experience in educating and coaching staff.
✔Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
✔Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
✔Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
